Hemmed comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and you'll get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason.

You can also try everything first with the 14-day free trial, no payment needed.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy Hemmed, and include your order number from the Paddle receipt or your license key. You can also request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email.

What happens next

Hemmed is sold through Paddle, our reseller, so Paddle sends the refund to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Once a refund is issued, the license key stops working on every Mac it was activated on. Hemmed goes back to the free trial if it has days left, and otherwise shows all your icons. Your layout and settings are kept in case you come back.

After 30 days

If something goes wrong later, for example a macOS update breaks Hemmed and we can't fix it, email us and we'll look at it case by case.

This guarantee is in addition to any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
